Returns are free from within the UK. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it, as long as the garment is unworn or unused and in the original packaging, complete with labels, and you do so within 120 days of delivery. Gumshields or personalisd items cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless faulty and swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene strip is not intact.
If you are returning a purchase, please:
· Reseal the item in the original packaging
· Process a return request online for a refund or exchange using our Online Returns Service and print off your unique returns note and postage paid returns label
· Enclose the returns note inside your parcel and attach the prepaid returns label
· Return the original item to us in an unused and unwashed condition in the original packaging complete with labels to arrive back at our warehouse within 28 days of processing the return. If your return is not received within that time then the card used to place the order will automatically be charged for the cost of that item
If you request an exchange or replacement we will dispatch the new item immediately. If the value of the new item is greater or less than the original item purchased, we will automatically refund or charge the difference to the payment card used to place the order.
Refund requests will be processed upon receipt of your return.
Any item returned without instructions will be refunded, providing it can be identified.
Sale items returned outside of the sale period will be exchanged at the current retail price or refunded.
We offer a free online returns service from Belgium, France, Germany and Monaco via DHL. This is currently a Pick-Up service only, direct from your home. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to reach us.
We do not offer free returns from any other overseas destinations. You will be responsible for returning items to us and the costs involved. We can only refund upon receipt.
If you believe an item is faulty then please process a return request online. If you request a replacement then please state clearly the nature of the fault in the comments box when processing your return. Please note faulty goods can only be replaced like for like and we cannot offer a replacement in a different size.
We will send you a replacement immediately and all we ask is that you return the original item to arrive back at our warehouse within 28 days. Should you fail to do so or if upon receipt we deem the item not to be faulty, we will contact you and reserve the right to charge you the full retail price of the replacement item.
Refund requests for faulty goods will be processed upon receipt of your return.
We do recommend that Proof of Posting is obtained wherever possible as we are unable to accept responsibility for non-delivery of items returned to us.
