Returns Policy
UK RETURNS Returns are free from within the UK. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 365 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn/unused and unwashed, in a resaleable condition and in its original packaging, complete with labels. Gumshields or personalised items cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless faulty and we cannot accept back swimwear if the hygiene strip has been removed. We can only accept back name tagged items where the tags have been both purchased from us and sewn in by ourselves as part of our name tag application service. If you are returning a purchase, please: · Reseal the item in its original packaging - please not not attempt to remove the name tag as this may cause damage to the garment · Process a return request online for a refund or exchange via our Online Returns service and print off your unique returns note and prepaid returns label · Enclose the returns note inside your parcel and attach the prepaid returns label · Return the original item to us in an unworn/unused and unwashed condition in the original packaging complete with labels to arrive back at our warehouse within 28 days of processing the return. If you request an exchange or replacement we will dispatch the new item immediately. If, at the time of exchange, the price of the item is different to the original purchase price, we will automatically charge or refund the difference to the payment card used to place the order. If you request an exchange and your return is not received by us within 28 days or the original item is returned in an unsaleable condition, the card used to place the order will automatically be charged for the cost of that item. Refund requests will be processed upon receipt of your return. Any item returned without instructions will automatically be refunded, providing it can be identified. SALE RETURNS Sale items can be returned for refund or exchange within the standard 365 day returns period. Providing the new size required is in stock, a sale item can be exchanged at the sale price for up to 28 days after the sale has ended. However, please note that if you request an exchange after the 28 day grace period, or the new size required is out of stock, you will automatically be charged the difference between the sale price and the full retail price as shown on the website at the time the exchange is processed. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS We offer a free online returns service from Belgium, France and Germany via DHL. This is currently a Pick-Up service only, direct from your home. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to reach us. We do not offer free returns from any other overseas destinations. You will be responsible for returning items to us and the costs involved. We can only refund upon receipt. FAULTY GOODS If you believe an item is faulty then please process a return request online. If you request a replacement then please state clearly the nature of the fault in the comments box when processing your return. Please note faulty goods can only be replaced like for like and we cannot provide a replacement in a different size. We will send a replacement immediately and all we ask is that you return the original item to arrive back at our warehouse within 28 days. Should you fail to do so or if upon receipt we deem the item not to be faulty, we will contact you and reserve the right to charge you the full retail price of the replacement. Refund requests for faulty goods will be processed upon receipt of your return at our warehouse. We do recommend that Proof of Posting is obtained wherever possible as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of items returned to us.
