Returns Policy

Please note that any items purchased via the website should NOT be returned to the school shop.

 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it, as long as the garment is unworn or unused and in the original packaging, complete with labels, and you do so within 120 days of delivery. Gumshields cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless faulty and swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene strip is not intact. If you are returning a purchase, please:

·         Reseal the garment in the original packaging.

·         Complete the returns form included on the tear-off section of your dispatch note to let us know if you would like a refund or exchange.

·         Enclose the garment and completed returns form inside the resealable bag in which you received your order (or which was included with your boxed order) and attach the prepaid returns sticker from your dispatch note to the bag.

If you request a refund then we will automatically process this to the payment card originally used to place the order. If you require an exchange and the value of the item you have requested is greater or less than that of the original item purchased, we will automatically refund or charge the difference to the original payment card used.

If you do not state on your returns form whether an alternative size or a refund is required then we will refund the returned item.

ONLINE RETURNS

If you process a return using our Online Returns Service, your original item must be returned to us unworn or unused in the original packaging, complete with labels within 28 days of processing the return. If it is not received back at our warehouse within that time then the card used to place the original order will automatically be charged for the cost of that item.

FAULTY GOODS

If you believe an item is faulty then please process a return request online. If you request a replacement then please state clearly the nature of the fault in the comments box when processing your return. Please note faulty goods can only be replaced like for like and we cannot offer a replacement in an alternative size.

We will send you a replacement immediately and all we ask is that you return the original item to arrive back at our warehouse within 28 days. Should you fail to do so or if upon receipt we deem the item not to be faulty, we will contact you and reserve the right to charge you the full retail price of the replacement item.

Refund requests for faulty goods will be processed upon receipt of the returned item.

We do advise that Proof of Posting is obtained wherever possible as we are unable to accept responsibility for non-delivery of items returned to us. Please do not return items to us using boxes as this may result in your return being delayed or lost.
