Repairs are free from within the UK.
We can only accept uniform items for repair that were originally purchased from Schoolblazer through your online account.
We cannot repair sportswear items or any items purchased secondhand or from other retailers.
All items returned for repair must be in a clean/washed condition.
If you are returning an item for repair, please:
- Process a Repair request via our Online Repairs Service
- Select the Repair type from those available and provide further information in the comments box
- Print off your unique Repairs note and prepaid label
- Enclose the Repairs note inside your parcel and attach the prepaid label
If for any reason we are unable to repair your garment, we will get in touch. Otherwise your repair will be completed and dispatched within 14 days of receipt. Please note this may take longer during our peak trading period of July to September.
