Returns Policy

Please note, goods bought from schoolblazer.com must not be returned to the school shop (where relevant).

1. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

1.1. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it, so long as the garments are unworn and you do so within 28 days of delivery. Should you request a refund, we will refund you the full purchase price. Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund gumshields unless faulty.

1.2. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us. The bags in which orders are despatched are re-useable and should be used for returning items to us. These re-useable bags are also included within orders shipped in boxes; please use the bag to return items if required. Please do not return items to us in boxes as this may result in the returned items being lost or delayed.

1.3. All goods must be returned unworn and in their original packaging, complete with all labels.

1.4. Please return goods to Schoolblazer Limited, Returns Department, Unit 3 Queens Court, CrownFarm Industrial Estate, Mansfield, Nottingham, NG19 0FN using the pre-paid returns sticker on your despatch note. Please ensure you include a completed returns form provided on the despatch note when you received the goods; this will ensure we are able to process your return as swiftly as possible.

2. FAULTY GOODS

2.1. If you find that the goods are faulty or not as described on the website please return the itemsto us using the returns bag and sticker enclosing a returns form and we will send a replacement item to you or refund the item.

2.1.1. If required we will send a replacement in advance, and ask you to return the faulty garment to us within 28 days.

2.1.2. If the item is not returned within 28 days, we will charge your card for the replacement. If you require any further assistance or information please call our helpline on 03337000703 or email details to customerservices@schoolblazer.com for advice on how to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

2.3. We will bear any necessary costs incurred in replacing or repairing any goods that are faulty or not as described, including the costs of returning the goods to us provided you use the freepost returns label (UK only). We regret that we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office.

RETURNS FORM

Your consignment will include a returns form for your returned goods please fill this in accordingly and enclose with your return parcel. Please note we are not able to name-tag returns.
